“Following a disappointing experience ($$) at the Bellevue Porsche dealer I had a problem arise with my car. I found Chris's after some searching and the reviews were so positive that I set an appointment. John and Chris both were very giving of their time and advice and I never felt hurried or pressured.

So far they've found and fixed an intermittent issue as well as done some very nice upgrades to the vehicle. It has been a great experience and fairly priced.

It is wonderful to not feel like you are being "taken to the cleaners" as I have unfortunately felt in dealing with repair departments at dealerships in the past. John is so personable, knowledgable, and very gracious at the front desk. The mechanics are also patient and take the time to explain what is being done to your automobile.
